Anchorman is a member of the Terrible Trey supervillain team.

Anchorman wields a giant anchor attached to his waist by a chain as a weapon.
Story[]
Anchorman appears in Empowered's flashback in A First Time For Everything. He was one of the first villains Empowered fought. She managed to defeat him and his Baboonshka, but then had her suit shredded by Powerballa. He wanted to kidnap and ransom her, but Powerballa talked him out of it.
In Not a Good Day to Be Empowered, the Terrible Trey appear in a HeroNET report on Empowered's exploits. Anchorman points out that they were the first villains to discover Emp's weakness, and is unhappy that they don't get credit for this from all the other villains who are just following in their footsteps.

- Anchorman's name is never spoken in dialogue, but it is spray-painted on the side of the Terrible Trey's Treymobile.
