Maidman is a maid-themed superhero. It is not clear whether his full superhero alias is "Maidman" or "The Goddamn Maidman", as even the webcomic's mouseover text consistently refers to him as "the g-d maidman".
Powers and Abilities[]
Maidman has no known active superhuman powers, but he is very strong, highly skilled in combat and wields an incredibly sturdy broom-like weapon with built-in gadgets.
Maidman's civilian identity is apparently an alternate personality that has no recollection of his superhero activities and separate knowledge, ironically living as a servant of sorts to Maidman, cleaning and replacing his gear. He doesn't seem to enjoy this situation.
Personality[]
Maidman tries to act "badass" and show his strength all the time, provoking heavy mood whiplash with his traditional French maid costume and repeated panties-flashing. He is fully aware of this effect, and does not seem too bothered by it. He tends to refer to himself as "this little maid" to further accentuate this divide.
When not fighting, he tends to be insightful, knowledgeable, and open-minded. He is calm and thinks things through, seeing through Empowered's reputation and thinking themselves to be rather alike based on their similarly "scandalous" appearances but deeper personae. He also has extensive information-gathering means, as he alone seems to have discovered Sistah Spooky's hijacking of efforts to locate Willy Pete into an attempt to rescue Mindfuck's soul instead, but he did not disclose this to anyone but her, and even offered encouragement to go through and support for their relationship, showing his considerate and open-minded nature.
While in a fight, he seem to be very brutal, and has trouble stopping himself.

Maidman first appears in Of Maids and Wet Blankets while undercover as the crow and croquet themed villain "Crowquet".

Trivia[]
- Maidman's similar in several regards to D.C. Comics' Batman. His rough voice references Christian Bale's film portrayals of Batman, and characters referring to him as "the Goddamn Maidman" references a meme that arose from Frank Miller's All-Star Batman and Robin.
