Empowered is attacked by Ninjette in Dragoon Park. Ninjette shreds Empowered's hypermembrane and chains her up, then calls some thugs to come pick her up. However, after several hours pass without the thugs showing up, Ninjette frees Empowered. The two go to a bar for drinks and end up becoming friends.
