Icy Mike is a supervillain who employed the Witless Minions, arming them with freezing cryoguns.
Story[]
Icy Mike appears in Thugboy's flashback in Witless Minions 4-Eva. Icy Mike completed the Cryobomb, a doomsday device which he intended to detonate in the city and freeze fifty thousand people to death. Upon learning that Icy Mike planned to actually detonate the Cryobomb rather than use it as a threat to extort money, Thugboy beat him to death with an icicle.
