HeroNET reporters interview a number of superheroes and supervillains about Empowered's Capey nomination. The fellow members of Emp's Superhomeys team give a rehearsed answer about being "proud and delighted" at her nomination. Ocelotina is genuinely supportive of Emp, while Captain Katana and Jugganaut believe it to be a cruel prank. Some supervillains complain about not being allowed to vote at the Capeys and voice their support for Emp.
